John Kerr

John Kerr, affectionately known as "Timmy" by his friends and family, brings over 13 years of industry experience to the J&C team. Residing in Whiteford, MD, he is a proud father of three—and a doggy dad to his pup, Red.

As a supporter of the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers, John’s dedication extends beyond sports to his career. Before joining J&C, he owned and operated Jtk Ironworks, where he gained valuable experience that he now channels into his role as a Commercial Estimator. Known for bringing a unique sense of progress that few people experience, John is always pushing boundaries.

John is preparing to compete for the prestigious top salesman of the year award, demonstrating his drive and commitment to excellence.
