Residing in Essex, MD, Tonya brings over 15 years of experience in the industry, having worked in everything from insurance restoration to full-scale rehabs, with a strong focus on roofing. Before joining J&C, she held a Production Management role, where she honed her skills in customer service and project execution.

Tonya is passionate about helping homeowners navigate their restoration journey and contributes a deep well of knowledge and hands-on experience to the J&C team. She’s committed to ensuring every customer has a smooth, informed, and positive experience from start to finish.
